With a shared love for the universal coveted eggsandwich opened the married couple Sarah Schneider and Demetri Makoulis together with chef Nick Korbee the first Egg shop in 2014, in the neighbourhood SoHo in New York City. Inspired by the incredible versatility of the egg, developed the team endless, on egg based, recipes that are known as being nuanced. Today chef Korbee runs a seasonally bound menu of organic, locally sourced dishes for breakfast, lunch and diner on both at their cozy SoHo location and their more spacious location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (opened in 2017). Fantastisch egg dishes in combination with fresh juices, creative and refreshing cocktails and a selection of biological and biodynamic wines.
