A couple of young boys with ambitions as big as their passion for cooking. There was a dream of Michelin stars and to create a restaurant in the international elite. Now 10 years later we must say that the mission was successful, achieved through hard work andan absolute focus on gastronomic exclusivity and luxury. Their aim is to a present an open restaurant, free from rules, dogmas and set menus. They want to create a dynamic place with a simple kitchen, where the guest has the choice of their own. Former B works at eye level with their suppliers who are mainly small Danish farmers with respect to sustainability and nature to create fresh and pure dishes. The food served is quite Scandinavian and Mediterranean and changes every season.
